DEER ALLIANCE HUNTER COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT PROGRAMME (HCAP)
Applications are now open for the next HCAP MCQ in the 2019 Series will take place on Saturday 20th April 2019 (3.30 p.m.) in the Ionad Dara Community Centre, Chapel Street, Goresbridge, Co. Kilkenny. The Range Test for successful candidates from this MCQ will take place on Saturday 4th May 2019 at the Midland National Shooting Ground, Blue Ball, Tullamore, Co. Offaly from 10.00 a.m.
Application can be made online through the Online Applications Section of the Deer Alliance website, www.deeralliance.ie. HCAP cost remains at €165.00 (MCQ and Range Test).
Subject to demand, the MCQ will be supported by an optional Training Workshop, running from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on the same day as the MCQ (same venue). For more information, see the News & Updates section of the Deer Alliance website.
DSC1 & Meat Hygiene Course
The course can be undertaken as a 3 day tutored course (£295) or as a one day home study and assessment only course (£195). Meat hygiene element of trained hunter module is included.
The British Deer Society Northern Ireland branch will host the 3 day cost course in Newry, Co Down from April 18th to 21st. Places on either course option can be booked via the British Deer Society website by clicking this link
