Safe Handling of Wild Game Meat Course on Saturday 11th of September 2021

This course is funded with the support of Farm Business Skillnet. The cost of the course will be €130 for IFA Countryside members (normal course cost is €230).  This includes a manual which will be posted to you, Tea/Coffee at 11 am and dinner at 1pm.

If anyone wishes to stay on Friday night, there is a special rate of €95 Single Room B&B (book privately with hotel)

Upon payment, you will be issued with your course manual. The course will be delivered by the NARGC and is Lantra accredited and Food Safety Authority of Ireland approved, in addition the course meets the requirements set out in Regulation (EC) 853/2004.  If you have any further questions on the course, please email countryside@ifa.ie.
